national athlete, a medalist at Lima 2019, proudly raised the Salvadoran flag
high after his win, earning him the title of champion in the men's open
category at the Surf City El Salvador ALAS Pro Tour 2023.

the years who have elevated the name of El Salvador. Today is my turn,"

Additionally, Salvadoran surfer Sophia Ramos secured the second position in the U14 category at the Surf City El Salvador Alas Pro Tour 2023, narrowly trailing behind the Peruvian Catalina Zariquiey, the number 1 in the Latin American ranking
Furthermore, Sindy Portillo finished in the fourth position in the women's Longboard category at the Surf City El Salvador Alas Pro Tour 2023, accumulating 2.3 points. The category's winner was LÃa DÃaz from Costa Rica, scoring 12.77.
